Being on hold doesn't have to be a ball ache.


N-Snare is an AI DJ built into NHS GP hold lines. When you call a GP and get put on hold, instead of the usual dreadful hold music, you can talk to N-Snare and it builds you your own on-hold soundtrack in real time, basically remixing the wait instead of making you sit through it. The name works on two levels: the "N" is a nod to nurses (keeping it medical), and "snare" is the musical hook, and together they spell "ensnare," which is exactly what being on hold usually feels like, except now it's flipped into something people actually want.
